摘要
介绍国内外马铃薯产业的发展现状,指出我国马铃薯产业化尚存在品种资源单一、马铃薯生产科技含量不高、生产设施及设备投入不足、缺乏有效的组织与管理机制、加工业发展明显滞后等问题,提出加强优良品种的培育与引进、选择合理的生产经营形式、建设优质商品薯和出口创汇基地、搞好深加工技术研发引进、扶持龙头企业发展等建议。
This article deals with the current growth in potato industry at home and abroad.The author makes analysis on the existent problems in China＇s potato industrialization,including lack of varieties,low technology in production,insufficient fund input,inefficiency and poor management.Accordingly,such proposals are made in this article as cultivation and introduction of fine varieties,choosing rational management mode,establishing quality potato base,attaching importance to the research and introduction of intensive processing technology and supporting leading enterprises.
