摘要
对9个常见的不同基因型烤烟叶片的质体色素及其降解产物的含量进行了分析。结果表明:Y041和云87的叶绿素及其降解产物含量均较高;云87的类胡萝卜素含量最低,但是类胡萝卜素降解产物总量最高,Y041的类胡萝卜素含量及其降解产物含量均较高。
The contents of chromoplast pigment and its degraded products in 9 genotypic flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results indicated that the contents of both chlorophyll and its degraded products in Y041 and Yun 87 were higher.In Yun 87,the content of carotenoid was the lowest,while that of its degraded products was the highest.The contents of both carotenoid and its degraded products in Y041 were higher.
