摘要
高校的组织特性决定了对高校行政人员的管理必须实行人本管理,充分调动行政人员工作的积极性与主动性。目前在高校行政人员中实行人本管理面临知识、精力及制度三方面的困境。新形势下高校要创造条件对行政人员实行人本管理,提升高校的管理水平。
The organizational characteristics of universities decide on implementing the humanistic management in the university,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of administrative staff work.The current practice in university humanistic management were faced with the dilemma of the management of knowledge,energy and the plight of the three systems.Universities under the new situation on the administrative staff to create the conditions for the implementation of humanistic management to enhance the level of university's overall management.
