摘要
从高校人力资源管理的特点及目前存在的问题等入手,探讨了加强高校人力资源管理的对策。高校应转变观念,建立竞争激励机制,实行人本管理,营造良好的工作环境,持久而有效地激发人的积极性。
the article deals with the features and problems in the college management ot manpower reserve at fwst, and then it explores some counter-measures. By using them to strengthen the managing work, it suggests that the traditional concept should be changed and a excitation mechanism of competition should be built. According to humanism, working conditions should be improved, so people' s, enthusiasm will be permanently and effectively stimulated.
