摘要
如何强化高校系办公室的功能 ,提高办公人员的工作效率 ,是当今高校教学系统中比较突出的问题。重视系办公室的制度建设是一个比较有效的手段 ,但是 ,光有制度是不够的 ,还必须加强系办公室的人文管理。高校系办公室实行人文管理 ,既符合教学系统的实际情况 。
The issue of improving the function of the teaching departments and the working efficiency of the office staff is a solid one in higher learning institutions. To intensify the system construction is an effective way, but it is not enough. Humane management in the teaching departments conforms with the actual situation in the higher learning institutions and helps to construct the offices as well.
