摘要
目的分析电子病历在应用中面临的问题，探讨其解决的对策及电子病历未来的发展需求。方法对我院2年来在实际应用电子病历中发现的问题的总结，提出了建立电子病历第三方集中监管服务机构，在程序上设置医生修改权限、时限；制定电子签名的法律法规；健全用户身份识别方法、书写模板等医院病历管理机制的解决方法。以及对电子病历未来发展需求的展望。结果电子病历在应用中显示出明显的优势，但仍存在一些亟待解决问题。结论电子病历面临着一些问题，随着信息管理法制、相应标准的不断完善，具有广阔的发展前景。
ObjectiveTo analyze the problems of electron medical record in the application, discuss the coun- termeasure of its solution the countermeasure and its development demand in the future. Methods To summarize the problems of electron medical record in the application for the past two years, propose the establishment electron medi- cal record third party centralism supervision service organization. Setting the authority and time limitation of doctors to revise the medical records, making the laws and regulations of electron signs, perfecting the recognition methods of user identification and writing template, discussing the development demand of electronic medical record in the fu- ture. Results The electronic medical record demonstrates the obvious superiority in the application. But it still had some problems need to be solved. Conclusion The electronic medical record has some problems, but its development has become the inevitable trend, and it has the huge development potential.
