摘要
随着科学技术的发展,电子病历应在医疗活动中作为主要的信息源取代纸张病历,并提供超越纸张病历的服务,但由于受技术、法律等各方面因素的制约,现实使用的电子病历仅是电子版的病历而已。新颁布实施的《电子签名法》明确了电子病历的“书面形式”、“原件形式”和“保存要求”,肯定了电子病历的证据价值,提出电子病历适用电子签名法,并明确了何谓可靠的电子签名,为医疗机构已开展电子病历的研发创造了有利的法律环境。

It regulates the writing, originally form and the save of electric medical records, affirms its value of evidence in court and prescribes what is dependable electric signature.
