摘要
临床路径的实施对病案管理提出了更高更新的要求。本文针对目前病案管理存在的不足,就人员素质、信息化程度、监控标准等方面提出具体的应对和改进措施。其中着重谈到病案信息化对临床路径实施推广和管理起到的促进作用。因此,只有不断更新病案管理理念,学习并掌握先进的临床路径管理理论及方法,提高病案管理人员的综合素质,建立完善的病案信息系统和质量评估体系,才能为医院开展临床路径工作提供可及性的病案管理服务项目。
The implement of clinical pathway brings higher and newer requirements for medical records management.Aiming at the existing deficiency of medical records management,this paper puts forwards concrete countermeasures about staff quality,informationization degree and monitor standard,which emphasizes the improvement role of medical records informationization to implement popularization and management of clinical pathway.Therefore,only continually update management ideology of medical records,learning master advanced clinical pathway management theory and methods,comprehensive quality of medical records staffs improvement and perfect medical records information system and quality evaluation system building.It can provide practical medical records management service item for clinical pathway development for hospital.
