摘要
以含3200mg/L复合季铵盐(含双癸基氯化铵与正12~16烷基苄基氯化铵)溶液对乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)作用45min,或以含800mg/L复合季铵盐溶液作用60min,均可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。以含8000mg/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液作用120min亦未完全将HBsAg抗原性破坏。
The solution containing 3200 mg/L compound quaternary ammonium salt 〔containing didecyl ammonium chloride and n-alkyl (from dodecyl to hexadecyl) ammonium chlorides〕with a 45 min contact time or the solution containing 800 mg / L with a 60 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. The solution containing hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with a 120 min contact time did not destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg.
