摘要
试验表明,在HBsAg破坏试验中,用ELISA法检测时,样品含小牛血清量愈多检出HBsAg的灵敏度愈高。某些阴离子表面活性剂使检测结果呈假阴性,加适宜中和剂可将之克服。新洁尔灭与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可使检测结果呈假阳性。所试中和剂中,仅亚硫酸钠与半胱氨酸可使测得的S/N值下降,其余无明显影响。
In order to know the influences of calf serum. surfactants and common neutralizers
onthe resultS of examining HBsAg disinfection efficacy with ELISA,experimental
observationwas carried out.The results showed that the higher the calf serum content of the
sample,themore sensitive the test to detect HBsAg.The test for influences of surfactants and
neutralizersindicated that:① presence of some anion surfactants influenced greatly the result
of exami-nation,even caused false negative result,but use of suitable neutralizer could remove
the in-fluence after neutralizing the effect of surfactant;②presence of
bromogeramine(cationsurfactant)and aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(nonionic
surfactant)could causefalse positive result of the examination;③of the neutralizers
tested,lecithin,tween 80,sodiumthiosulfate and glycine influenced the result of ELISA
examination insignificantly,while so-dium sulfite and cysteine had great influence and caused
obvious decrease in S/N valuemeasured,thus resulting in occurrence of false negative result.
