摘要
采用改进的正则参数后验策略的迭代正则化方法对单峰分布和双峰分布颗粒系的电场自相关函数进行反演,并且与正则化方法反演结果进行了比较.实验结果表明,在噪声小于0.005的情况下,正则化方法和迭代正则化方法都能较好地反演出单峰和双峰分布的颗粒,当噪声水平为0.05时,正则化反演算法已无法得出粒径分布,迭代正则化方法仍能比较准确地反演出粒径分布.
Photon correlation spectroscopy is a useful technique for measurement of nanoparticle size,and inversion algorithm is one of the important research objects.In this paper,improved posterior strategies of iterative regularization method is used to analyze the inversion of single peak and bimodal peak,and compared with regularization method.The result showed that the iterative regularization method had a good inversion on single peak and bimodal peak particles,if the noise was less than 0.005,both the regularization and iterative regularization methods could inverse the distribution of single peak and bimodal peak particles,when the noise was 0.05,the regularization method can't inverse the particle size distribution,but iterative regularization method could do it well.
