航空功能涂层表界面完整性参数超声检测反演原理及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 热障涂层、吸波涂层等航空功能涂层缺陷、几何、结构、性能等表界面完整性参数的精准控制,对于兼顾、平衡其综合性能至关重要。提出航空功能涂层表界面完整性多参数的超声检测反演原理。原理基于超声波在涂层多界面结构中的作用机制,将模型正则化、数据正则化与灵敏度矩阵分析相结合,提出面向材料的特征检测信号正则化策略,并依据特征检测信号与表界面完整性多参数的相关性,发展了基于灵敏度矩阵(Sensitivity matrix,SM)的涂层表界面完整性多参数超声反演方法。以等离子体喷涂Al_(2)O_(3)涂层多个弹性常数的超声检测为例,阐述超声检测原理的实施效果。结果表明Al_(2)O_(3)涂层弹性常数C_(11)、C_(13)、C_(33)、C_(44)的反演结果分别为158.9 GPa、44.1 GPa、244.1 GPa、31.6 GPa,其中C_(44)的反演结果与试验结果之间相对误差不超过4.5%。所提出的超声检测反演原理为基于传统“试错法”超声检测难以解决的多参数复杂无损检测问题提供有效解决途径。 Accurate control of surface/interface integrity parameters included defect,geometry,structure,and property of thermal barrier coatings,absorbing coatings,and other aviation functional coatings is of great importance to balance their comprehensive performance.A new principle of ultrasonic detecting surface/interface integrity parameters of aviation functional coatings is presented.Based on the response mechanism of ultrasonic propagation in multi-interface coating structure,a material-oriented regularization strategy of characteristic detection signal is proposed,which includes model regularization,data regularization,and sensitivity matrix analysis.A sensitivity matrix based inversion method of ultrasonic detecting surface/interface integrity parameters is developed according to the correlation between characteristic detection signal and surface/interface integrity parameters.Taking the ultrasonic detection of elastic constants of plasma sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)coating as an example,the validity of proposed ultrasonic detection principle is illustrated.Resultsshow that the inversed elastic constants C_(11),C_(13),C_(33),and C_(44)of Al_(2)O_(3)coating are 158.9 GPa,44.1 GPa,244.1GPa,and 31.6 GPa,respectively,and the relative errors between them and the experimental results are less than 4.5%.The proposed ultrasonic inversion principle provides an effective path for solving the complex ultrasonic non-destructive detecting problems with multiple unknown parameters which are difficult for traditional“trial-and-error”ultrasonic detecting methods.
