不同糖尿病动物模型的特点比较 被引量:7

Comparison of characteristic between different diabetic animals models

摘要 随着对糖尿病研究的深入,各种糖尿病动物模型相继出现,外科手术制作糖尿病动物模型稳定,毒性损害小,但操作难度大.实验性糖尿病动物模型方法简便、耗时短、重复性好,但动物个体差异较大,死亡率高.自发性糖尿病动物模型更接近人类疾病的发病过程,但价格昂贵,对饲养和繁殖条件要求较高.转基因动物模型机制明确,症状单一,类似糖尿病患者的临床症状,但操作复杂,价格昂贵,不适于大批量动物实验,目前还不能普遍推广.各种模型各具特色,研究者应当根据研究目的选择适宜的模型进行实验. With the development of research about diabetes, different kinds of diabetic animal models have been appeared one by one. Surgical models are stable,with limited toxic damage,but the operation has many difficulties. Experimental diabetes models are simple and fast to induce,the repeatability is good, but there is great difference between individuals,and the mortality is higher. Although spontaneous models are similar to human diseases,it needs advanced breeding requirement,and the price is too high. Transgenic animal models have definite mechanism and single symptom, like human diabetes. However,it is expensive for animals researches,and management is complicated,so it can't popularize so far. Each animal model has its special feature,researchers should choose suitable model to investigate according to different purpose.
