摘要
综述近年来2型糖尿病大鼠模型建立的几种方法。主要对2型糖尿病大鼠模型建立的方法与技术进行综述和评价。目前2型糖尿病大鼠模型主要有实验性(药物性)模型、自发性(遗传性)模型和转基因模型等。上述大鼠模型建立的方法各有优缺点,实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型价格低廉,可操作性强,并且在一定程度上符合人类糖尿病形成的病理过程,成为目前研究2型糖尿病最主要的动物模型。旨在将国内外有关2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠模型的研究进展进行一次总结。
Review of recent years,diabetic rat model of type 2 set up in several ways.The major type 2 diabetes mellitus rat model of established methods and techniques were reviewed and evaluated.The present rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus mainly experimental (drug-induced) model,spontaneous (hereditary) model and transgenic models.The rat model of established methods have advantages and disadvantages of experimental rat model of type 2 diabetes cheap and easy to operate,and to some extent in line with the human form of the pathological process of diabetes,the current study the type 2 diabetes mellitus the main animal model.The purpose of this paper will be at home and abroad of the type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rat model to conduct a summary of research progress.
