摘要
为探究鱼油的抗衰老作用,我们进行了鱼油(0.40、0.133g/kg)对D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠的药理实验研究,包括跳台法、水迷宫法和相关指标的测定等。结果显示,鱼油可显著提高衰老模型小鼠的学习和记忆力,提高肝、脑组织SOD活性,明显降低肝、脑组织LPO含量,还能显著增加胸腺器官指数等。提示.鱼油具有明显改善衰老模型小鼠学习、记忆功能和延缓衰老的作用。
To explore the pharmacological effects of fish oil on antiaging,the experimental studies on the model induced by D-galactose in mice were carried out by diving platform, water maza method and determination of the relative indexes. The results showed that fish oil could significantly enhance the learning ability and memory of the senile mice model,markedly increase the activity of SOD in the tissuses of the brain and the liver,greatly decrease the content of LPO and obviously increase the index of immunogenic organs of thymus,etc. It is suggested that fish oil can improve intelligence and delay aging.
