摘要
对益气通脉口服液的制备工艺进行了研究，结果为：以挥发油得率为指标，采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性有效成分，确定芳香水收集量；以丹参酮ⅡＡ的含量为指标，采用正交设计法优选了脂溶性有效部位提取工艺；以浸出物和黄芪甲甙的含量为指标，采用正交设计法优选了不煎煮提取工艺；对醇沉条件进行了考察，确定了制备工艺。由此制得的口服液经稳定性试验和药效学试验，证明该工艺稳定，合理可行。
SUMMARY:Reported the results of the to technological studies of preparing Yiqi Tongmai Oral Liquid and the methods were as fellow. Distillation was adopted to extract the volatile effictive component, orthogonal design was adopted to optimum seek the technology of extracting lipid solubility effctive component and to define boil extraction technology. The oral Liquid made by above methods was put to tested and the result showed the technological was dependablr.
