摘要
采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定益气活血注射液中黄芪甲苷的含量。用十八烷基硅烷键合相柱，乙腈－水（３１∶６９）为流动相，检测波长２０３ｎｍ。经试验，该法线性关系良好（ｒ＝０．９９９９），回收率为９７．５８％（ｎ＝６），ＲＳＤ为１．１９％。可作为益气活血注射液的含量测定方法。
An RP HPLC method was described for the
determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in yiqihuoxue injection. The RP HPLC conditions were ODS
column, CH 3CN∶H 2O(33∶67) as mobile phase, detection at 203 nm.The average recovery
was 97.58%, RSD was 1 19%. The method was sensi tive, rapid and accurate and can be
used for the quality control of the injection of yiqihuoxue.
