摘要
目的了解卫生士官学员学习状况。方法对卫生士官学员的就业意向、学习兴趣、学习动机、学习方法及对教员授课认可程度等5个方面进行问卷调查。结果96．5％的卫生士官学员选择毕业后在部队工作，就业意向表现出较强的责任感；81．1％的学员主观上有学习意愿；72．9％的学员喜欢所选专业，对教员授课水平基本认可。但学员学习方法有欠缺，自学能力明显不足。结论应加强卫生士官学员专业思想教育，提高其学习兴趣；改进教学方法，提高教学效果；实施学习策略教学，培养学员的自主学习能力。
Objective To investigate the learning status of medical NCO students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among students to determine their employment intentions, learning interests, studying motivation, learning method and the satisfaction to the prelection of teachers. Results The NCO student has a strong responsibility on employment purposes and 96.5% of them wishes to work in army after graduation. Eighty-one point one persent of students enjoyed learning and 72.9% of them liked their profession, most students were satisfied with the prelection of teachers. On the other hand, students＇ learning method and self-learning ability was obviously deficient. Conclusion Further efforts should be done in order to enhance the medical NCO professional indoctrination, improve their learning interests, develop teaching methods and improve its effectiveness, cultivate student ＇ s self-learning ability.
