摘要
研发人员是高新技术企业中最活跃的核心资源,是企业技术创新的源泉,为研发人员创新行为建立合理的绩效考评指标体系,用科学的方法为其设置指标权重具有非常现实的意义。运用层次分析法结合研发人员自身的特点,建立高新技术企业中研发人员创新行为绩效评价指标考评体系,更好地激励研发人员进行创新,使知识转化为生产力,实现知识价值的创新。
RD personnel are the core resource and the source of hi-tech technical innovation of enterprises.It is practically significant to establish reasonable index system for innovative actions of RD personnel and to set index weighting for them with scientific methods.The article makes use of hierarchical analysis method,in the light of features of RD personnel,to establish the performance evaluation index system for innovative actions of RD personnel in hi-tech enterprises so as to better encourage them to make innovation,convert knowledge into productivity,and realize the innovation of knowledge value.
