摘要
在对新疆油田呼图壁地区防塌钻井液进行研制和优选的过程中,建立了一种能够针对所钻地层特点对钻井液防塌效果进行综合评价的新方法。该方法将传统的钻井液抑制性评价与岩石抗压强度评价结合起来,两方面的实验结果可以相互印证,使结论更为准确、可靠。评价结果表明,在所研制的4种防塌钻井液中,KCl两性离子聚磺钻井液对该地区安集海河组强水敏性泥页岩的防塌效果最好。
In the process of manufacturing and optimizing the anti sloughing drilling fluid for the Hutubi region of Xinjiang oil field, a synthetic method which can be used to evaluate the anti sloughing effectiveness depending on formation characters has been established. The method combines the traditional procedures for evaluating the inhibition of drilling fluids with the evaluation of compression strength. The experimental results of these two aspects can be confirmed each other. Hence, the conclusions are more accurate and reliable. The evaluation results of this study indicate that the KCl Amphionic Polymer Sulfonate drilling fluid has the best anti sloughing effectiveness among the four anti sloughing drilling fluids developed for the strongly water sensitive shale of Anji Haihe formation of the region.
