烘烧对低渗气层砂岩物理特性的影响

摘要 烘烧是进行油气层损害室内评价试验研究时,为了使岩样性能满足某些试验要求,常用的处理岩样方法。本文采用新疆呼图壁地区的低渗气层岩心进行烘烧试验,分析用不同岩样烘烧不同时间和用同一岩样反复烘烧,累加烘烧时间测定岩样的气相渗透率,研究结果表明,使岩样中粘土发生钝化而又不影响岩样的渗透率等主要物性的烘烧条件为:烘烧温度400℃和烘烧时间4 h。 Firing is the main method used to make the properties of the sands cores suit for some formation damage evaluation experiments in lab , such as ensuring completely water-wet conditions by removal of absorbed organic matter from pore surface, or reducing problems caused by clay swelling and other effects. With low-permeability gas sands coming from Xingjiang Oilfield, tests were conducted to study the effect of firing on petrophysical properties of the sands. The appropriate firing temperature and time were determined.
