摘要
从井壁稳定的岩石力学机理出发,分析井周的应力分布规律,建立井壁稳定的力学模型。根据库仑-摩尔强度准则和最大拉应力准则,计算井壁坍塌压力与破裂压力。通过计算机软件,用测井资料回归出井深和岩石密度关系,计算垂向地应力,通过压裂资料,结合测井资料计算出水平地应力。采用高压气体冷却钻头,成功钻取泥岩岩芯。在获得力学参数时,通过实验模拟地层条件,对岩芯进行损害,然后测量其力学参数,用于计算易坍塌地层的安全密度窗口。
Base on the rock mechanics principle of borehole stability,analyses the stress distribution around sidewall,establish mechanical model of borehole wall stability.According to the Mohr-Coulomb criterion and the maximum tensile stress criterion,compute the collapse and fracture pressure of sidewall.By means of the computer software,regress the relation between well depth and rock density with logging data,calculate vertical stress.By means of the fracturing material,and logging data,calculate horizontal stress.Using high pressure gas to cool drill bit and drill mudstone core successfully.When obtaining the mechanical parameters,simulate formation conditions through the experiment,damage cores,and then measure mechanical parameters,use the mechanical parameters to calculate the security density window of sloughing formations.
