摘要
在乙烯氧化生成环氧乙烷的反应中,因原料乙烯中乙烷含量的波动,将造成循环气中乙烷含量波动,通过对银催化剂S865A长时间运行的数据进行分析,找出规律,优化EDC的加入量,保证催化剂选择性最优,同时确保了装置平稳优化运行。
The content of ethane in the recycling gas greatly affects the selectivity of the S865A catalyst due to a big punctuation of ethane content in the feedstock.This paper shows that a better way has been worked out by analyzing various operational data on the S865A catalyst.And by adding accurate volume of EDC,a full capacity of the plant and high selectivity of this catalyst have been achieved.
