摘要
运用TG/DSC、XRD、SEM等分析技术,研究了F^-对氧化铝物相转变及α-氧化铝显微结构的影响。实验发现F^-可以促进亚稳态氧化铝向稳定态α-氧化铝的相转变,同时改变α-氧化铝的结晶习性,促进α-氧化铝向片状微晶结构生长。
The influence of F^- on the phase transformation of alumina from metastable phase to oralumina and mierostrueture of α--alumina has been studied by TG/DSC, XRD, SEM measurements in this paper. It was diseovered that F^- ean aeeelerate the phase transformation of metastable alumina to oralumina and alternate the crystallization habit of α-alumina. The mierostrueture of α-alumina is plate with the addition of F^-.
