摘要
主要介绍斯拉姆尿素水解工艺的原理 ,根据尿素水解动力学方程式 ,选择水解器的最佳操作温度 ,达到节能降耗的目的 ,并给出了蒸馏塔进料量、回流量、加热蒸气量之间的关系 ,以使蒸馏塔出汽组分水含量达最低。
Process principle of hydrolization of Snam’s Urea is introduced. Optimum Operation temperature is determined based on its dynamic equation for the purpose of energy saving. In order to make water content in vapor phase at the outlet of distillation tower to be the lowest, relationship between feeding rate, reflux ratio and steam consumption are deseribed.
