摘要
运用多刚体系统动力学中R—W方法进行机构运动计算,编制了汽车双横臂悬架转向机构优化设计通用程序。优化模型中考虑了车轮跳动对转向误差的影响,并根据转向过程中的实际要求计入两个权重函数,使转向误差分布更合理。
This paper calculates the mechanism movement with R W method of multi rigid body system dynamics, and gives a general optimization program of double arm suspension and steering mechanism for automobile. In the model of optimization, the influences on the errors caused by the jump of wheels are considered, and two weight functions are considered according to actual condition. This will make the distribution of steering errors better than before.
