阿替卡因浸润麻醉拔除上颌第一磨牙疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿替卡因颊侧浸润麻醉拔除上颌第一磨牙残根的疗效。方法随机选择口腔科门诊拔除上颌第一磨牙残根的无明显全身疾患的患者80例分成两组,以阿替卡因颊侧浸润麻醉的患者40例为试验组,利多卡因颊腭侧阻滞麻醉加颊侧浸润麻醉的患者40例作为对照组,所有患者麻醉后和拔牙后分别完成麻醉进针疼痛不适及拔牙疼痛不适的视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)和语言评价量表(verbal response scale,VRS)测试,评估患者进针不适感、麻醉效果和术后并发症的情况。结果试验组麻醉效果与对照组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),但进针不适感减轻(P<0.05),术后并发症减少(P<0.05)。结论阿替卡因颊侧浸润麻醉拔除上颌第一磨牙残根麻醉效果良好,不适感减轻,能有效减少拔牙并发症。 Objective To investigate the effect of maxillary first molar residual root removal using articaine buccal infiltration.Methods 80 cases of maxillary first molar residual root removal with no manifest affection all over the body were randomly divided into two groups,cases in the therapia group were treated by articaine buccal infiltration,cases in the control group were treated by lydocaine bucco-palate block anaesthesia and buccal infiltration,all cases completed visual analogue scale and verbal response scale tests of anesthesia needling discomfortableness and tooth extraction discomfortableness after anesthesia and tooth extraction,the discomfortableness of needling,effect of anesthesia and postoperative complications were evaluated.Results The effect of anesthesia in the two groups were no statistical significance(P0.05),the discomfortableness of needling in the therapia group were lessened than that in the control group(P0.05),and the postoperative complications in the therapia group were lessened than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of maxillary first molar residual root removal using articaine buccal infiltration was satisfactory,it can lessen the discomfortableness and complication of tooth extraction.
