摘要
目的探讨笑气与利多卡因联合应用于拔牙中的效果。方法挑选两侧牙位和牙萌出状况相同的下颌智齿拔除术患者50例,试验组为患者一侧阻生牙行笑气加利多卡因麻醉;对照组为同一患者另外一侧阻生牙行利多卡因麻醉,对拔牙疼痛感采用视觉评价量表(verbal analogu scale,VAS)测试,并进行麻醉效果评估。结果试验组的进针不适感以及疼痛感均低于对照组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论笑气吸入联合利多卡因局部浸润应用于拔牙术,镇痛效果好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of nitrous oxide combining with lidocaine during extraction.MethodsTreatment group were treated with nitrous oxide combining with lidocaine for local anesthesia,the control group were treated with lidocaine for local anesthesia and comparison of the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The discomfortableness of needling in the therapia group and the effect of anesthesia were lessened than that in the control group.There were significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Nitrous oxide combining with lidocaine is safe and effective in extraction.
