碧兰麻用于口腔局部麻醉的临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察碧兰麻在牙体牙髓病治疗时及局部浸润麻醉拔除磨牙的麻醉效果。方法将220例颗牙随机分成利多卡因组和碧兰麻组,行局部浸润麻醉和阻滞麻醉并观察麻醉效果。结果碧兰麻组麻醉效果优良率明显高于利多卡因组,无任何不良反应。急性及慢性牙髓炎麻醉效果差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论碧兰庥用于牙髓炎行牙髓摘除术时单侧麻醉具有起效快、毒性低、效果好等优点,可广泛用于牙体牙髓病的治疗,局部浸润麻醉在上颌磨牙和下双尖牙的拔除术中,可以取代利多卡因的传导阻滞麻醉。
