摘要
目的探讨ＣＴ冠状面扫描在颅脑外伤合并颅底骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法采用ＣＴ冠状面和轴位扫描，对２６例颅脑外伤并颅底骨折患者进行分析对比。结果２６例颅底骨折中ＣＴ冠状面扫描显示骨折线２２例，占８４．６％，ＣＴ轴位扫描显示骨折线７例，占２６．９％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论在颅脑外伤并颅底骨折时，应用ＣＴ轴位扫描加冠状面扫描能进一步明确颅底骨折的部位、范围和程度。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT coronal scan in the cranial trauma with fracture of skull basal. Methods CT coronal scan and CT axial scan were compared in 26 cases of cranial trauma with fracture of skull basal. Results In the 26 cases of cranial trauma with fracture of skull base, CT coronal scan demonstrated fracture line more frequently in 22 cases (84.6%), while CT axial scan showed fracture in only 7 cases (26.9%)( P <0.001). Conclusions In cranial trauma with cranial base fracture, the position, extent and degree of the fracture were better defined by axial CT scan in combination with coronal scan.
