摘要
目的 探讨经鼻内窥镜治疗脑脊液鼻漏的方法和疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的13例经鼻内窥镜治疗的外伤性脑脊液鼻漏病例。结果 所有病例均一次修补成功。结论 经鼻内窥镜治疗外伤性脑脊液鼻漏是一种安全、有效的方法,寻找漏口是手术成功的关键。
Objective To evaluate the method and effect of intranasal endoscopic treatment on traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea .Methods A total of 13 patients with traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea undergoing intranasal endoscopes treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the cases were successfully repaired during the first attempt.Conclusion Intranasal endoscopic treatment on traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea is a safe and effective method and seeking the fistula is the critlcal of success operation.
