摘要
对采煤机截割部行星组件进行了研究。利用Pro/E,MATLAB,ADAMS,ANSYS,NSOFT构造的协同仿真环境,对摇臂系统进行了多体动力学仿真,计算出系统中构件所承受的载荷,编辑生成行星组件的载荷文件,并对行星组件做了有限元分析和疲劳寿命分析,得到行星组件的应力分布情况、变形情况、固有模态信息、频率响应曲线、疲劳寿命值,根据分析结果对行星组件进行结构优化。通过对优化后的行星组件模型的虚拟仿真,验证了模型的合理性,保证了富含硬结核体的薄煤层采煤机的成功研制。
The planetary components of cutting unit in shearer are researched in this paper. The collaborative simulation environment is built by Pro/E, MATLAB, ADAMS, ANSYS and NSOFT, and multi-body dynamic simulation of rocker arm system is carried out, calculating the load withstood by components in the system, editing and generating the load file of the planetary components, and carrying out the finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis of the planetary components. The stress distribution, deformation, natural modal information, frequency response curve and fatigue life value of the planetary components are obtained. The rationality of the optimized planetary components is demonstrated through virtual simulation, assuring the successful development of shearer working in thin coal seam with rich hard nodules.
