摘要
建立了行星齿轮传动系统的实体模型,将其导入有限元分析软件进行固有特性的分析,提取齿轮传动系统的固有频率和振型。分别考虑轮齿模数、螺旋角、径向支撑刚度、轴向支撑刚度对传动系统固有特性的影响。讨论齿轮参数对齿轮系统固有特性的影响,对传动系统的优化设计具有重要意义。
The entity model of planetary gears is found and imported to FEM software. This paper analyses its natural characteristics and distills the natural frequency and vibration modes and studies the influences of tooth modulus, helix angle and radial and shaft support stiffness and gear parameters on the natural characteristics of planetary gears. It is important to optimize the design of the drive system.
