摘要
硒(Se)是人休必须的微量元素之一,据报道有抗癌作用。本文以黄芪为试材,以鲁米诺(Luminol)-过氧化氢-高锰酸钾为发光体系,利用硒对上述发光体系的阻化作用,实现用化学发光淬灭法测定微量硒。经过对平行样品的11次测定,其最低检测限为85×10^(-9)mol/L,线性范围2×10^(-8)-8×10^(-6)mol/L。
A Luminol-H_2O_2-KMnO_4 as luminescence system, Se(Ⅳ) as extinguisher was employed to analyze microtrace selenium in Radix Astragali seu Hedysari by chemiluminescence extinguish, using mercapto- cotton so that we cound avoid interference and make the effect quick and sensitive.
