血小板源性生长因子-C在子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过比较正常妊娠和子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘组织的血小板源性生长因子-C(PDGF-C)mRNA表达,探讨PDGF-C与子痫前期、子痫发病的关系。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测43例子痫前期、子痫患者和20例正常孕妇胎盘绒毛组织PDGF-C mRNA的表达。结果:PDGF-C mRNA在正常妊娠胎盘组织母体面中仅有少量表达,在子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘母体面中表达则明显增多(P<0.01),且表达量与疾病的严重程度呈正相关。结论:PDGF-C在子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘高度表达,可能在子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘血管病变中起着重要作用,并参与子痫前期、子痫的发生和发展。 Objective:To investigate the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-C mRNA in placentas from patients with preeclampsia or eclampsia and its significance. Method: The mRNA expression levels of PDGF-C were determined using RT-PCR in the placentas of 20 cases of normal pregnant women and of 43 cases of patients with preeclampsia or eclampsia. Resuit:The mRNA expression levels of PDGF-C in the patients with preeclampsia or eclampsia were significantly higher than those in the normal pregnancy group( P 〈0.01 ), and were positively correlated with the degree of the disease. Conclusion:Patients with preeclampsia or eclampsia have higher expression levels of PDGF-C in the placentas, which may play an important role in the development of preeclampsia or eclampsia by promoting atherogenesis in the placental vessels.
