ⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌预后相关因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨ⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后的影响因素。方法对122例ⅢA-N2期NSCLC患者的临床资料作回顾性分析,分析影响患者生存率的临床病理参数。结果中位生存期为25个月,5 a累计生存率为6.6%。单因素及多因素生存分析均提示N2分期、T分期、手术方式、肿瘤至断端距离及术后化疗与5 a生存率和中位生存期有关(P均<0.05)。结论 N2分期、T分期、手术方式、肿瘤至断端距离及术后化疗是影响ⅢA-N2期非小细胞肺癌预后的相关因素。
