PCOS不孕症患者植入窗期子宫内膜雌孕激素受体的表达变化及意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者植入窗期子宫内膜中雌激素受体(ER)α、ERβ和孕激素受体(PR)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法 15例确诊为PCOS的不孕症患者作为病例组,15例月经周期正常的妇女为对照组。排卵后第7天(植入窗期)活检采集子宫内膜,免疫组化法测定子宫内膜中的ERα、ERβ、PR。结果 ERα、ERβ、PR主要表达于子宫内膜上皮细胞胞核中,细胞质中有少量表达,病例组ERα、ERβ、PR的OD值分别为0.187±0.033、0.100±0.026、0.276±0.042,对照组分别为0.311±0.046、0.224±0.044、0.165±0.018,两组相比,P均<0.05。结论 PCOS不孕症患者植入窗期子宫内膜ERα、ERβ表达下调,PR表达上调,可能与子宫内膜容受性降低有关。 Objective To study the change and significance of expression of ERα,ERβ and PR in endometrium during implantation window in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 15 patients with PCOS were as PCOS group and 15 normal subjects were as control group.Endometrial patients was collected on the seventh day(during implantation window) after ovulation,ERα,ERβ and PR of endometria were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results ERα,ERβ and PR mainly expressed in the nucleolus of endometrial epithelial cells and trace expressed in the cytoplasm.The OD value of ERα,ERβ and PR in PCOS group were 0.187±0.033,0.100±0.026,0.276±0.042,and that in control group were 0.311±0.046,0.224±0.044,0.165±0.018,all P〈0.05.Conclusion The expression of ERα and ERβ in endometria are down regulated and the expression of PR is up regulated during implantation window of PCOS patients,and low endometrial receptivity may be the mechanism.
