摘要
通过对江汉大学与美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚校区大学体育特殊教育管理模式的比较研究发现:美国的大学体育特殊教育在全面为学生提供个性化服务的同时,更加注重个体能力创新的培养,体现在教育的过程中操作细节的关怀,而我们的大学体育特殊教育在人性化的关怀下,对学生个性的发展则显得不是太突出。因此,借鉴美国高校的经验,认为在大学特殊体育教育的过程中,大学教育部门要在教育公平上加强政策性关怀;在实际操作过程中,强调以学生为本的教育理念,合理安排教学计划;在教学的实践环节中突出师生沟通、师生互动;学校、社会应该营造一个和谐环境,让特殊大学生学生的身心、身体得到和谐,健康发展。
The research on the special Physical Education in Jianghan University in China and University of Missouri in USA shows that American university focused on the individual＇s creativity,which could be found in the consideration on details in practice,while Chinese university did not pay enough attention.This article holds that we should learn the experiences of American,revise our policies on the aspects of education fairness.In our practices,students should be centered and Interactions among students and teachers should be realized based on the reasonable curriculum.The universities and society should build a harmonious environment,in which students can develop their physical and spiritual qualities.
