摘要
采用文献资料法,调查访谈法,结合实施教育部2002年颁布《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》中指出的在普通高等学校"对部分身体异常和病、残、弱及个别高龄等特殊群体的学生,开设以康复、保健为主的体育课程。"就目前高校保健体育课开课现状的调查发现保健体育课中存在的不足,阐述了现行高校开设保健体育课的目的意义。由此,提出了在实施新《指导纲要》后构建高校保健体育课程的设想。
