摘要
研究了极弧系数选择对于永磁无刷直流电机空载激振力波的影响。推导永磁体磁动势的傅里叶分解系数的表达式,采用机械阻抗法分析无刷直流电机的空载电磁噪声。研究径向充磁和平行充磁时极弧系数对电磁噪声的影响,进而提出通过合理选择极弧系数削弱对电磁噪声起主要作用的激振力波的方法,并采用空间和时间2次傅里叶分解得到主要阶数激振力波的频谱。有限元计算结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
A new method to reduce the no-load exciting force wave for permanent magnet brushless DC motors (BLDC) was proposed based on suitable selection of pole-arc coefficient. The expressions of Fourier transform coefficient for magnetomotive force of permanent magnet was deduced and no-load electromagnetic noise of BLDC was analyzed by mechanical impendence approach. The influence of pole-arc coefficient on electromagnetic noise of BLDC both with radically magnetization and parallel magnetization was investigated,and the method of suitable selection of pole-arc coefficient was brought out to reduce the main exciting force wave. The spectrum of main exciting force waves were also obtained by Fourier transform. The FEM results verifed the effectiveness of the presented method.
