摘要
采用双旋转磁场理论对罩极式电动机定子产生的磁动势进行分析,得到了罩极式电动机的等效电路;推导了气隙旋转磁场和转子电流的数学表达式,进而得到了电动机电磁转矩的数学表达式,结果表明电磁转矩中包含二倍频振动转矩分量。对罩极式电动机的实际转矩波动进行了检测,验证了上述理论的正确性。根据罩极式电动机转矩波动的产生机理和变化规律,提出了一种基于峰谷互补原理的转矩波动抑制方法,研制出了低转矩波动罩极式电动机样机。最后搭建实验平台对电动机样机的转矩波动进行了测试,结果表明其二倍频振动转矩分量能够得到有效消减,验证了所提出的抑制方法的科学性。
Utilizing double-revolving-field theory,we studied the magnetic potential induced by shaded-pole motor's stator and formulated equivalent circuit of the motor.Deduction of arithmetic expression of the air-gapped revolving magnetic field and rotor current led to the arithmetic expression of motor electromagnetic torque.The result indicated that second harmonic generation vibration torque component was part of the electromagnetic torque.The theory above was then validated through measuring the actual torque ripple of the shaded-pole motor.In accordance with the originating mechanism and alteration pattern of shaded-pole motor torque ripple,a new suppression method based on peak-valley complementarity principle was proposed,and a low torque ripple shaded-pole motor was presented.Lastly,A testing platform was built to measure the torque ripple of the motor,and we eventually proved that the second harmonic generation vibration torque component was moderately suppressed.Thus the plausibility of this method was validated.
