基于模型预测控制策略的电动车用无刷直流电机回馈制动的研究 被引量:19

摘要 电动汽车为了延长续驶里程,需要将电动汽车制动时的能量进行回收,而电机的制动效果直接影响着汽车的安全性和舒适性。提出了一种基于模型预测电流控制的恒值电流回馈制动控制策略。首先介绍了无刷直流电机控制系统单管调制的回馈制动原理,推导出了回馈制动的数学模型公式,然后建立了制动电流闭环调节系统,采用模型预测控制策略对回馈制动电流进行调节,控制回馈制动电流和转矩保持恒定。最后搭建了系统实验平台,实验结果验证了所提出控制策略的有效性,制动过程中制动电流和制动力矩保持稳定。 Electric vehicles( EV) is supplied with the battery. To extend the driving range of EV,braking and deceleration energy should be fully utilized. In order to improve the braking safety and comfort of EV,constant current regenerative braking control strategy based on model predictive current control strategy is proposed in this paper. Brushless DC Motor( BLDCM) regenerative braking principle under single modulation is described. The mathematical model of regenerative braking is established. The closed-loop control system of braking current is established. Regenerative braking current is controlled with model predictive current control strategy. Regenerative braking current and torque is kept to be constant. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experimental results. The brake current and torque are stable during braking.
