摘要
春秋末年,赵氏在治理晋阳时,通过扩大亩制,将农民的租税减免了58.3%;通过"损其户数",进一步减轻了农户的田租负担;采取"无税"政策,彻底免除了农民的赋税。通过这一系列减负措施,赵氏在晋阳赢得了巩固的民心,为其在晋阳之战中最终获胜奠定了坚实的基础。
When Zhao administered Jinyang at the end of Spring and Autumn period,it first reduced farmer tax up to 58.3% by expanding the acres,then reduced farm rents by the policy of ＂loss of their households＂,and finally completely eliminated the taxes on farmers by ＂no-tax＂ policy.Through this series of burden reduction measures,Zhao won strong popular support in Jinyang,which laid a solid foundation on winning Jinyang War finally.
