摘要
[目的]研究不同品种鸭的血清碱性磷酸酶活力与其生长性能的关系,为肉鸭早期选种提供依据。[方法]选择黑羽番鸭、樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭(公母各30只)为试验动物,分别于7和10周龄对3个品种鸭进行翼翅静脉采血,制备血清;采用磷酸苯二钠法测定血清AKP活力。[结果]黑羽番鸭血清AKP活力极显著高于樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭的血清AKP活力(P<0.01),而樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭间血清AKP活力差异不显著。3品种鸭7和10周龄的血清AKP活力与平均日增重均呈正相关,其中7周龄总相关系数达极显著水平(P<0.01),10周龄时,相关性不显著。[结论]在肉鸭育种中,血清AKP活力可以作为一种辅助选择标记。
[Objective]To study the relationship between serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity and growth performance in different species of duck and provide an assisted selection marker for duck early selection.[Method]A total of 60 black Muscovy ducks,60 Cherry Valley ducks,and 60 Gaoyou ducks were selected in the present study,half male and half female.Venous blood collection was performed from duck wing at 7 and 10 weeks old.The serum AKP activity of each duck was determined using benzene disodium phosphate method.[Result]The serum AKP activity of black Muscovy duck was significantly higher than that of Cherry Valley duck and Gaoyou duck(P〈0.01),while the serum AKP activity between Cherry Valley duck and Gaoyou duck was not significantly different.The serum AKP activities in three varieties of duck were all positively correlated with the average daily gain at 7 and 10 weeks old.Especially,the overall correlation coefficient were 0.401 at 7 weeks old,which reached significant level(P〈0.01).However,the overall correlation coefficient did not reached significant level at 10 weeks old.[Conclusion]Serum AKP activity can be used as an assisted selection marker for duck breeding.
