摘要
选用健康的1日龄樱桃谷鸭128只,随机分为4组,其中1组为对照组(基础日粮),其它3组试鸭在喂基础日粮的基础上加入不同剂量的大豆异黄酮,其添加水平分别为5、10、15 mg/kg.在21日龄和42日龄,将试鸭屠宰后测定血清和肌肉的相关指标.结果表明:在1~3周龄,大豆异黄酮5 mg/kg和10 mg/kg添加组樱桃谷公鸭血清羟脯氨酸的含量显著高于对照(P<0.05),10 mg/kg剂量添加组,肝脏DNA含量显著高于对照组,RNA/DNA降低(P<0.05).15 mg/kg添加组樱桃谷公鸭血清羟脯氨酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),樱桃谷母鸭肝脏和胸肌DNA含量显著降低(P<0.05).其它指标与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),性别差异不显著.在4~6周龄,10 mg/kg大豆异黄酮添加组樱桃谷母鸭血清总蛋白含量显著降低,5 mg/kg添加组樱桃谷公鸭血清羟脯氨酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),其他指标与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05).由此可见,大剂量大豆异黄酮对樱桃谷鸭的生长不利,尤其对幼龄樱桃谷鸭生长影响更大.
128 of Cherry Valley Duck in good health and 1 day old were allocated into 4 groups as control group (basic diet), basic diet +5 mg/kg of soybean isoflavone (SIF), basic diet +10 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg of SIF respectively. The tested ducks were slaughtered after 21 and 42 days of feed to determine some parameters in blood and muscle. Results showed that SIF at 5 and 10 mg/kg increased the content of hydroxyproline in blood of male duck (P〈0.05) before 3 weeks old. SIF at 10 mg/kg increased the cow tent of DNA in liver (P〈0.05), decreased the rate of RNA/DNA (P〈0.05). SIF at 15 mg/kg increased the content of hydroxyproline of male duck(P〈0. 05); however, decreased the content of DNA both in liver and chest muscle (P〈0.05), the difference of RNA was not significant(P〉0.05). No difference was found for parameters in sex(P〉0.05). After 3 weeks, except SIF at 5 mg/kg increased the content of hydroxyproline of male duck and SIF at 10 mg/kg decreased the content of total protein in blood(P〈 0.05), there was no difference in other parameters compared with the control (P〉0.05). It suggested that SIF at high dose inhabited the growing of ducks to some degree, especially to the young duck (before 3 weeks old).
