摘要
通过对国产锡林、盖板针布与瑞士Graf公司生产的锡林、盖板针布的正交试验分析．研究了锡林、盖板针布规格参数及其搭配的工艺性能；梳棉机功率消耗与针布规格参数之间的关系：纤维伸直度与成纱质量之间的关系，并提出应将生条纤维伸直度纳入常规试验项目。
By way of a quaduature analysis on home-made and Graf-made cylinders and flat clothings,the paper digs at the relationship among their specifications, parameters, technological featuresand power consumptions of the cards, and the relations of yarn quality with fibre straightness ofcard sliver, which is listed as one of the conventional testing items.
