摘要
从目前发展趋势来看,跳台的5组动作发展空间还是很大的,中国跳水要赶超世界先进水平,离不开科学训练。本文着重研究分析5255D的陆上训练方法、技术要领和水上训练方法、技术要领,通过先陆后水结合的训练方法和技术要领的掌握,能顺利学会难新动作5255D。
The current development trend,motor development platform of the 5 groups or a large space,the Chinese diving to catch up with the world advanced level,can not do without scientific training.Paper focuses on the analysis of land-based training method 5255D,technical essentials and water training methods,technical points,after the water through the combination of the first land training methods and technical points of the master,hard to learn new moves smoothly 5255D.
