摘要
根据多年的运动训练实践,针对跳板走板技术环节的特点,结合初学跳水运动员身心特征,提出有效的技术教学方法组合策略。
Based on years of practice experience of exercise training, in connection with the characteristic of diving skills of walking on the springboard ,and considering the junior diver＇s characteristics of mind and body, this paper puts forwards efficient strategy for training methods of diving skill.
