摘要 为考察剪切作用对不同结构的聚合物溶液性能的影响,分别研究了高相对分子质量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺HPAM溶液和疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺HAP0210溶液经过模拟炮眼剪切后的流度控制能力。结果表明,溶液中不同分子结构的聚合物经过模拟炮眼剪切作用后其流度控制能力存在显著差异。在炮眼剪切作用下,溶液中HPAM大部分分子链断裂,相对分子质量下降50%左右,分子链间缠结和堆积程度大幅度下降;而具有分子间缔合作用的HAP0210在溶液中的网络结构也受到破坏,相对分子质量下降30%左右,但仍能依靠疏水缔合作用在聚合物溶液中形成相互作用能力较弱的网络结构,使溶液表现出一定的抗剪切能力和较强的建立阻力系数和残余阻力系数的能力。 In order to investigate the effect of the shearing action on the polymer solution, the mobility control capacity (MCC) of polymer with different molecular structures ( partially hydrolyzcd polyacrylamide ( HPAM ) with higher molecular weight (MW) and hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide HAP0210) after flowing through the simulation perforation was studied. The results showed that,the MCC of the polymer with different molecular structures was significant different each other. Under high-speed shearing effect through perforation,most of the molecular chains of HPAM in the solution were broken,the MW decreased about 50% ,resulting in the big reduction of the entanglement and stacking of molecular chains in the solution. The network structures of HAP0210 in the solution were still destroyed,the MW decreased about 30% ,and however, the weak network structores in the polymer solution,formed by the intermolecular association,presented the certain shearing resistance and strong capacity of establishing the resistance factor and the residual resistance factor.
