摘要
为更清晰地认识聚合物溶液在油藏深部黏度的作用,以胜利孤东七区油藏非均质强、储层结构疏松为条件,开展了各种长度下岩心聚合物溶液渗流实验。在岩心出口端取采出液,研究两类聚合物溶液在近井和油藏深部黏度分布特性。结果表明:相同注入速度下,质量浓度为1 500 mg/L的聚合物HJ、B4以及DH5溶液黏度保留率分别为0.817,0.815,0.335,要高于质量浓度为1 800 mg/L的值;相同浓度的聚合物溶液,注入速度越高,黏度略微下降,变化并不明显;部分水解聚丙烯酰胺聚合物HJ和B4在油藏深部(20%~80%)黏度保留率分别为0.642,0.443,比相同质量浓度DH5略高。
In order to eognize the contribution of polymer solution' s viscosity to EOR in deep reservoir, on the reservoir conditions of strong heterogeneity and unconsolidated reservoir structure of seventh region of Gudong oil- field, flow experiments of polymer solution are carried out in the cores with different lengths, produced fluid is taken out from outlet end of different cores to study distribution characteristics of polymer solution' s viscosity in near wellbore area and deep reservoir. The experimental results show that, viscosity reserve rate of polymer HJ, B4 and DH5 is respectively 0. 817,0. 815 and 0. 335 with the concentration of 1500mg/L, which are much larger than the values of the concentration of 1800mg/L. With the injection rate increases, viscosity of the same polymer' s concentration declines a little. The viscosity reserve rate of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide polymer HJ and B4 is respectively 0. 642 and 0. 443, both of which are higher than the value of polymer DH5 with the same concentra- tion.
